Slappy is a tall boy who sports blonde hair, and wears a red shirt and blue pants. His name is mentioned by Jerome in the episode "The Rules". Not much is known about Slappy. He hangs out with Eric Foster, the strong sixth grade boy and sometimes other fifth and sixth graders. In the episode "The Dodgeball City", he makes a cameo appearance on the same side as Lawson, thus confirming that he is in fifth Grade. In the episode "Kindergarten Derby", he can be seen walking along, eating some popcorn, and in "King Gus", he, along with several other fifth and sixth graders, are seen throwing dodgeballs at the students who were thrown into jail by Gus before they start a war between themselves.
